All pricing is inclusive of Australian Goods & Services Tax (GST 10%) and is subject to change without notice.

Conference Dinner
Additional ticketing is required for the Conference Dinner - Thursday 21 October 2010.
Tickets to the Conference Dinner must be pre-purchased at an additional cost and separately by all Delegates, Speakers and Exhibitors.

Payment
Payment of registration fees must be made on-line via the 'Register Here' link. Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard and Amex. A 3% credit card surcharge will apply to all Amex payments. All payments must be made in Australian Dollars ($AUD).
Registration
Early Bird Registration
All conference registrations are eligible to register for the Early-Bird Registration Price. All registration fees must be fully paid prior to the Early-Bird cut-off of 3 September 2010. If a registration and full payment is not received by this date, the applicable full registration rate will be automatically charged.
AusBiotech Membership
All registrants must have a valid AusBiotech membership to qualify. If your membership is not valid for 2010, your registration will automatically revert to a non-membership registration rate. If you would like to renew your membership or become a member of AusBiotech, please contact Tanya Daw tdaw@ausbiotech.org
Corporate Membership
An individual wishing to attend under a corporate membership must be a current employee of their organisation and listed within the corporate membership as a corporate nominee. If your membership is not valid for 2010, your registration will automatically revert to a non-membership registration rate. If you would like to renew your membership or become a member of AusBiotech, please contact Tanya Daw tdaw@ausbiotech.org
Standard Registrations
Standard registration pricing will apply to any registrations for AusBiotech 2010 after 3 September 2010. AusBiotech prefers to have all delegates registered prior to the event. Should any delegate wish to register during the event, they may do so at the AusBiotech 2010 Registration Desk located in the foyer of the BioIndustry Exhibition Hall. No delegates will be allowed entry into the BioIndustry Exhibition Hall or Conference Sessions without a valid registration ticket.
Student Registrations
To qualify for a Student discounted registration, you must have a current tertiary ID, not be working full-time and select the correct student registration type (member or non-member). Your student ID must be bought to the conference for verification. Only eligible tertiary students will receive the student registration rates once identification has been confirmed.
Registration Tickets
Delegates who have purchased any type of registration &/or ticket will need to register at the AusBiotech 2010 Registration Desk from Tuesday 19 October 2010 to collect their ticketing. Please bring identification with you (Driver's Licence, Passport etc).
Cancellation, Refunds & Transferring of Registrations
All cancellations must be received in writing to the Conference Organiser - Anita Balint (abalint@ausbiotech.org). Cancellations received in writing prior to the Early Bird Rate concluding (3 September 2010) will receive a full refund, less a AUD$200 administration fee. Any cancellations received after the Early Bird rate concludes (3 September 2010) will not receive a refund.
Registration is valid for the named attendees only - transferring of registrations during the conference is prohibited and security personnel will be checking every registration on entry/exit to the venue.
You can transfer registrations within your organisation or agency without penalty prior to Friday 15 October 2010. Please inform the Conference Registrations Organiser if a delegate attendance changes - email vicki@wsm.com.au.
